I knew what I wanted, kind of. I went into Scott Director’s Furniture, and had pictures of my family room on my phone. I needed to get a sofa that worked in with my two existing chairs. Carol studied my pictures, and immediately pulled out six fabrics that were all perfect! She took time to explain exactly how they would line up on the sofa and be laid out. This service was invaluable! I have been very satisfied with my sofa, and highly recommend the store! The selection and service were outstanding!


he lounge in the common area of our condo building needed to be re-done. Coincidentally, on our committee, we realized that three of us had purchased for our own homes from Scott Director’s Furniture. Carol worked with our committee to select sofa and chair styles and performance fabrics, all intended for commercial use. She also consulted on the carpet color. After much dialogue and many committee meetings, the final selections were made. Delivery and installation went smoothly and as planned! We have received many positive “high fives” from residents who are very much enjoying the comfort and updated look!

We had ordered new living room and family room furniture from Scott Director’s. Scott called to tell me that it had arrived at the warehouse. I explained to him that we had had huge delays with the new construction of our home, we could easily be another 6 months. We had been shopping for a long time for the right recliners. When we stopped at Scott Director’s Custom Furniture store, Carol and Scott really listened to what we wanted. They helped us select two perfect recliners. No high pressure. The delivery went as planned. It was the most enjoyable experience that we have ever had buying furniture, and at 80 years of age we have had a lot of experience buying furniture! Five Stars!


They have a gorgeous line of smaller size furniture for more “traditionally sized” homes and cottages. Their fabric selection is colorful and classic.


We appreciated being able to test drive a pair of lamps and some tables in our home. We tried them for a couple of days. Some worked, some did not. Thankful for this option of viewing things in our home.

I love my existing furniture, but it all needed to be re-upholstered. I found the yardage for my two sofas and four chairs at Scott Director’s. They have large swatches to select from, and are able to order large amounts of fabric.


I needed my new Scott Director’s sofa delivered to Gearhart. No problem. I sheepishly asked if the delivery service could pick up my mattress and box springs. No problem. I asked if they would remove the old sofa and old mattress and box springs. NO PROBLEM! Wow! How easy is this?

Frantically, I dialed Scott Director’s Furniture. My husband had just dropped part of his new hearing aid in the inside arm of his recliner. This was a 911! Scott answered, and after he heard about my situation, he told me that he would immediately call his service technician. Miraculously, Scott had someone out to my home later that afternoon. The technician dismantled a section of the upholstery, located the tiny hearing aid component, and put everything back together. That is the personalized type of service that is not found at a big box store or at a web site. Thank you so much!
